The three plans
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | Summary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | Core marketing for an established company: suits one commercial buyer and one document set |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels at once, two or three buyer types, and half off Trades.Agency website design packages |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated team, priority support, and a website design and build in any package at no charge |
Which of our five services your plan includes, and in what order, is set out in your written proposal. We don't publish a plan-by-service matrix, because a hydro-ex operator and a strata-focused jetting company need different things from the same budget.
What drives the cost for a drainage company
Three factors decide which plan fits:
- How many buyer types you pursue at once. One buyer (for example Toronto food-service operators) with one document set suits a smaller plan. Property managers, institutions and contractors in parallel need more.
- How much has to be built first. A company with no capability statement, no commercial pages and no clean contact list needs a heavier first quarter than one that only needs outreach.
- How many regions you serve. Each province or major city may need its own offer wording, its own municipal research and, in Quebec, French materials scoped separately.
Does a plan pay for itself? A worked check
Use your own numbers. Here's an illustration with assumed figures.
Suppose you choose Growth at $1,999 a month, which is $23,988 a year before tax. Suppose an average commercial maintenance agreement in your market is worth $6,000 a year, with a gross margin of 45% after labour, fuel and disposal. Each agreement contributes $2,700 a year in gross profit. To cover the plan from first-year margin alone, you need about nine agreements ($23,988 ÷ $2,700 ≈ 8.9).
Now add renewals. If agreements typically last three years, each one contributes about $8,100 in gross profit over its life, and the plan pays for itself with about three agreements a year on a lifetime view. That's the arithmetic that makes recurring work worth marketing: you're buying an annuity, not a single job.
If your average agreement is closer to $1,500 a year (a small café's quarterly plan, say), the same calculation needs many more accounts. In that case, start with a narrower plan aimed at multi-site operators or buildings, where each signature brings several sites.
How to choose
- Growth fits a company with one clear commercial buyer and a defined service area, which needs its documents and outreach done properly before adding more.
- Elite fits a company working two or three buyer types at once, or one that also needs a new commercial website, since it includes 50% off website design packages.
- Enterprise fits multi-region or multi-division companies that want a dedicated team, priority support and a new website included.

Sales tax by province
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax is added based on your province, at CRA rates as of October 2026 (CRA calculator):
| Province or territory | Added to our fees |
|---|---|
| Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut | 5% GST |
| Ontario | 13% HST |
| Nova Scotia | 14% HST |
| New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, PEI | 15% HST |
| Quebec | 5% GST plus 9.975% QST |
Provincial sales tax in BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan is added only where it applies to the service; your proposal shows the exact lines. For example, Growth at $1,999 a month is $2,098.95 with 5% GST, or $2,258.87 with Ontario's 13% HST.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract term?
No long-term contract applies; the plan rolls month to month, and 30 days' notice is all it takes to stop. Annual billing is an option at the listed annual rate, not a requirement.
Which taxes are added?
Your province sets the tax line. A Calgary or Whitehorse drainage firm adds 5% GST, a Toronto one 13% HST, a Halifax one 14% HST, a Moncton, Charlottetown or St. John's one 15% HST, and a Montréal one 5% GST plus 9.975% QST. The table on this page lists every province. BC, Saskatchewan and Manitoba provincial sales tax is added only where it applies to the service.
Is ad spend included?
Any money paid directly to Google, LinkedIn or another platform is separate from the plan fee. Both are set out in your written proposal, and ad accounts stay in your company's name.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. If you run an eligible trades business, the first 30 minutes with us cost nothing and sit outside any paid plan.
Do any plans include a website?
Elite includes 50% off Trades.Agency website design packages, and Enterprise includes a free website design and build in any package.
